Alright, yesterday was our third lesson of cake decorating, and what a fantastic time we had! This time we learned a whole bunch of new techniques, like the shell border, figure piping, star flowers, twist flowers, and of course, clowns! At first I thought the clowns were a bit creepy, but they're starting to grow on me--plus, they are mighty tasty, so that's always a plus. I personally thought our cake turned out pretty darn cute. :)
